Rental Charges for Villa Tamerza - 2008/2009 OPTION 1 - from £800 per week 6 people sharing entire Ground Floor 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 4 large bunk beds, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bathroom and two WCs, laundry room & exclusive use of the garage, tennis court, garden and pool. NB. Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but we may be able to accommodate mid-week starts, depending on the level of bookings, so that you can take advantage of cheaper flights. Sorry, but we do not allow pets. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Cancellations must be made at least 12 weeks prior to occupation. Upon cancellation, 70% of the full rental fee will be refunded. A refundable deposit of £200 is payable at the time of your booking to cover damage or loss.

Please Note: We may not be able to offer you the option to rent only part of the house during peak periods such as June/July/August, Christmas and New Year, or the UK half-term holidays.
