Villa Tamerza Rental Terms & Conditions.
Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

The Villa Tamerza (the villa) Rental & Payment Order becomes a binding agreement when you (Guest) confirm to us (R G Networks) your rental order by completing our Payment and Booking Confirmation Form and paying the 50% deposit for your holiday. The latter action constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below. If you have any problems or questions with any of the following, please BE SURE to email or phone us BEFORE you authorise or send us your rental deposit monies. Thank you.

OUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of your rent is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation. The balance due of rent, and damage deposit of £150 must be paid in full at least 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival. All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING. If you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, 80 per cent of your total rent will be refunded to you and 20 per cent of your total rent will be retained by R G Networks as full liquidated damages. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival date and R G Networks are unable to resell your booking, R G Networks will retain 100 per cent of your total rent as full liquidated damages. However, if your cancelled dates are rebooked to another guest, 80 per cent of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights rebooked, and 20 per cent will be retained by R G Networks as full liquidated damages. Refunds due to last-minute reductions in the total headcount originally booked will only be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 8 weeks of your arrival.

For peace of mind, R G Networks recommends travel cancellation insurance. If you must change or cancel any portion of the accommodation you have already booked, please notify us IN WRITING (by fax or letter). No-shows, late arrivals, reduction in number of persons in your group after your arrival, and early departures after your arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted unless there is a serious problem which cannot be remedied within 24 hours, and/or which causes the Guest extreme, undue discomfort or serious inconvenience (see also Complaints and Maintenance below). Guest who abandon the Villa Tamerza without permission from R G Networks agree they have no rights to compensation.

INTEREST-BEARING ACCOUNT: Guest understands that all rental monies shall be deposited in an interest-bearing escrow account until the rental begins, with any and all interest accrued to the benefit of R G Networks.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS: Damage deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long-distance calls charged to the villa's telephone, and no other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for non-local phone calls or careless or extremely excessive use of your villa's water supply) are included in your rental price. You hereby agree to pay R G Networks on behalf of the owner of your villa the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Locked rooms and cupboards are reserved for the use of the villa owner and are not included in this rental. You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting the villa. The villa is fully furnished, including an ample supply of bed linens and towels for Guest's use. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is prohibited.

LIABILITY: R G Networks is acting as the owner for accommodation of Guest only, and assumes no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from the villa. Transportation (airlines, ferries, charter vessels, rental cars and taxis) is supplied by providers who operate independently of R G Networks. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of those providers. Furthermore, Guests are responsible for their villa during occupancy, and must lock the villa's windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises.

NO PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa's premises without specific written permission from R G Networks (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest's entire rent and deposit.

COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: R G Networks shall make every effort to keep the villa and its inventory in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, they will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, pool filtration system, hot tub, heating, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to our local agents in Pouzac or to R G Networks in the UK, IMMEDIATELY , regardless of the hour.

ENTRY INTO VILLA: R G Networks or its staff may enter the villa to perform any repairs as necessary. If the villa is on the market for sale, we reserve the right to allow the villa to be shown, but only by advance appointment made with Guests. We will make every effort to schedule such brief showings at a time convenient to you, to respect your privacy, and not interrupt your holiday.

DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Guest and members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into the villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.

VILLA KEYS: R G Networks shall charge Guest £10 for each set of lost or mishandled keys. Guest is required to follow all instructions precisely on where to leave the villa keys on completion of your stay.

CAPACITY OF VILLA: The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa without refund. Exceptions are made only for infants under 2 years old; if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the villa's beds, they are NOT included in the villa's total headcount.

QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES: R G Networks wishes to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of Guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties or functions such as weddings are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from R G Networks. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents of the neighbourhood.

RATES AND PRINTING ERRORS: The information pertaining to the villa on R G Networks' SkiCrazy, Visit-Lourdes and CycleCrazy websites or information sheets was correct at press time, and our web site is constantly updated. R G Networks is not responsible for printing errors or inadvertent omissions. All rates and villa details are subject to change without prior notice.

In any dispute arising out of this rent agreement, the laws of the United Kingdom shall apply.
